The End of Septic Challenges

Awesome people! Bought a house last october, 1 months later the pump in the pump tank failed the tuesday before thanksgiving. I called the next morning and they were out that day. Replaced the pump, and re-wired it and the collar and manhole cover for the pump tank, on the day before Thanksgiving all while it was raining and got it done that day. They were super friendly and understanding with my wife and super hard workers. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Oh, btw, 8 months, and a flood later, septic is working fantastic still! Had we not fixed the collar and cover, at their recommendation, flood waters could have flooded our system. The manhole cover was underwater for 2 days earlier this year.

We recently used Decker Septic to replace our septic system. Our system failed during a buyers home inspection. Dave Decker walked us through the entire process including but not limited to paperwork (engineering, county approvals, cleanup etc). He delivered exceptional service on extremely tight timelines to help us meet our close date. His crew was professional and always on time. We recently had a new leaching field installed by Decker Septic. The did a great job, totally professional and a reasonable price.

They had to take apart our slate walkway to connect the new pipes. Once the finished the job the were able to put it back together. I was very pleased. Highly recommend them!!

Very professional! Just bought new fixer upper home. Previous septic system was unexpectedly a total loss a week before my closing upon inspection. Absolute disaster and financial headache I was in being a single father. Decker went way out of their way for me. Even meeting up at night signing off on my mortgage deadline papers at their own kids baseball batting practice. Also, totally worked with me on my 203k mortgage loan for their payment as well from the bank. Their men in the field are great hard working courteous professionals. They even left my front yard nicer than it was before. They removed a big eye sore stump and leveled out my entire front yard. Great company from the owners to field operators. Great communication with excellent quality work performed. I felt Decker always had my families back. I will always use them yearly for pump outs.

Decker Septic arrived today on schedule and I met Dave. He was very pleasant, pumped my tanks, performed a backwash on one, and let me use my hose to clean some debris inside the second tank. He gave me tips on proper septic system maintenance and I am so pleased! He's the third septic service I've used and excels far beyond the previous two pumping services. This company is the BEST!!! They came out in a prompt manner finished the job before we even knew they were done. Our lawn was left looking as if they hadn't even come! There staff is very friendly and helpful too!
